Teknidermy Magazine - Issue 2 , Vol. 1
January/February, 2001

From the Editor :

I would like to say thank you to all who took the time to read the first issue of Teknidermy Magazine. You should know that anything good about the magazine is because of, and a reflection of, the people who volunteered to help make it possible. Their effort and time, devoted to a concept that was unproven and not guaranteed to succeed, is beyond value and beyond reproach.

If anyone is happy about Teknidermy Magazine, it is because of the efforts of the Staff.

Any negative comments about Teknidermy Magazine, in press or online, are directly on me, Kenray, and any negative comment, does not touch members of the Teknidermy staff, nor impact their professional reputations in any way. The content and layout of the magazine, as presented to the public, is entirely at my discretion, and I will be 100% responsible for it.

You’ll notice we have added a page called "Support". Please have a look there. These are the sites, and people, who came forward to lift the Teknidermy project up, and bring it into focus. We are all very grateful to these, our peers, who helped to make the good things possible. If you have a link to Teknidermy Magazine on your website, and you are not represented on the "Supporters" page, please write to let us know, and we'll get you in there.

With great joy, I am pleased to recognize some new members of the Teknidermy Magazine family.

Alexandrie has volunteered her valuable time to bring you a new layout for the magazine. She and Jumbles have worked very hard, in a very short amount of time, to upgrade the Teknidermy website. We appreciate her input and her efforts, and we are very honored to welcome our new webmistress.

We also welcome the young man who volunteered to help keep up our archives, to invest his time to make the back issues available, and who gave us the great "Five Questions"; the Wonder from Down Under: FnaD. We are very thankful for his contribution.

Also, we are very grateful to Charles, the CEO at Advanced Barcode Technology, for providing Teknidermy Magazine with storage space for our archives. ABT has offered the space with no strings attached - a very gracious thing in this day and age.

We hope you will enjoy this issue, and look forward to our next edition in March, 2001.
